When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Mountfitchet Castle and yourself.

Ticket entry time

Your general admission ticket allows you to enter Mountfitchet Castle at a time to suit you during our admission times of 10am - 3.45pm. Our site is open 10.00am to 5.00pm. Last Admission into the attraction is 3.45pm. Please note that the last entry time to the Museum is 4.15pm and it will then close at 4.45pm. We recommend a minimum of 2 hours to ensure you enjoy the full extent of our complex. Please try and arrive as early as you can to achieve maximum value for money.

Prices

Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes and there are no surcharges whatsoever. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets.

Cancellations and Changes

Unfortunately we cannot change the date of your ticket or issue any refunds for cancellations.

Online Booking

No ticket may be resold.

Please bring along your booking reference number and/or email print out.
